Previous Red Bull team boss Christian Horner is reportedly "ringing up pretty much every team owner" as he seeks a return to grand prix racing, as stated by the Aston Martin team CEO Andy Cowell.
Aston Martin is among the teams that are connected to Horner.
The Aston Martin CEO mentioned he had confirmed the situation with team principal Lawrence Stroll this past Friday at the Marina Bay race.
"It appears that Christian is ringing up pretty much every team owner at the moment," commented Cowell.
"I can clearly say there are no intentions for the participation of Christian in an management or financial position in the future."
Other Teams Comment
The American team boss Ayao Komatsu disclosed that the ex-chief had "approached" the American squad but added: "Nothing has gone any further. It's over."
The Renault-owned team top official Steve Nielsen stated the organization's advisor and de facto boss Flavio Briatore was "old friends" with the former principal.
Nielsen added: "I don't know what they converse about. Everything I know is there are no arrangements for Christian to join Alpine but that doesn't mean it won't happen."
The historic British team boss James Vowles declared that the former Red Bull leader had not approached them.
"We're quite satisfied with the setup we have and it's functioning," the team principal said. "I don't see any reason to modify it."
Background Context
The former team principal is eligible to rejoin grand prix racing by the second half of the coming year after completing a separation agreement with his former team on the 22nd of September.
The fifty-one-year-old was let go as Red Bull's chief after the Silverstone race in the month of July.
Multiple sources at the organization have indicated the financial arrangement was valued at 60m euros (£52m).
